I am the founder and operator of Zapah Naturals. What started as a small hobby on the beautiful Gulf Coast of Alabama has now grown into a thriving business in Charlotte, North Carolina.

I was born and raised in the very Far East of Russia—in the port city of Vladivostok, where winters are long and cold. At the age of 20, I came to the United States to continue my education. After graduating from the University of South Alabama, I struggled to find a job, but during that time I discovered a new passion—making natural soaps. What began as a creative outlet soon grew into this beautiful business.

“Zapah” in Russian means “aroma,” so Zapah Naturals translates to “Natural Aroma.” Each product is made by hand in small batches, using natural and, whenever possible, organic ingredients. Even our packaging is created with sustainability in mind, using recycled or recyclable materials. Our products are for everyone—women, men, babies, and even fur babies!

In addition to our bath and body creations, I’m proud to share another part of my heritage by offering traditional Russian nesting dolls (matryoshkas)—a timeless symbol of culture and artistry.
