Since all of our products are freshly made, in small batches, please refer to the label where it informs you to use “within X months/years”.
We do not test our products on allergy reactions, so if you know you can develop an allergy from a certain ingredient, we would not recommend you to purchase it.
We use only pure and natural ingredients to create our luxurious bath and body products. We buy organic ingredients if they are available, and all of our suppliers have been on the market for many years and provide good quality products.

Please, allow 48 to 72 hours for your order to be shipped.
We will ship your package based on its weight. You can choose either UPS or USPS services. All the packages will be shipped from Mobile, Alabama. Also, check out our posts and Facebook promotions on a free shipping.
Unfortunately, we do not accept our products back, unless it is our fault (the package was damaged during shipping, you received the wrong product, etc.).
Absolutely. We will be happy to send a gift note with your message to the recipient and won’t include an invoice in the package. The invoice will be emailed to you directly.
There are a few reasons why your credit card order may be rejected on the Zapah Natruals website. These may include:
- An incorrect billing address used on the order
- An incorrect Security Code being entered for the order
- An incorrect expiration data used
